At my gym, many of us are over 40. Maybe it’s the time of day I go, but the gym is full of middle-aged people. Many people have been exercising regularly since they were young and their bodies are used to the exercise, but many of us didn’t start exercising until we were older, so we have to be careful.
They will always tell you the same thing because we all say the same thing. It doesn’t have to be the diet that I’m not doing well on, that I haven’t found the one, the miracle supplement that I’m not taking, the thing that you trained for before that I don’t think worked before, that doesn’t work for me anymore.
Now the workouts from before don’t work like the diet for the diet. Not anymore, they don’t work, but that’s the problem. It will have to work, but the old training doesn’t work for me anymore.
We will have to try new things because we don’t have time to train. Everything I wanted, everything I trained for, the stress of adult life, that’s it, it doesn’t make sense anymore, but the other little bit happened recently, like most sports addicts, and let’s see how well we call it when we get a few years old.

I think I’ve started thinking about my physical decline and looking for answers. Let’s see if I can find a solution to it, but my physical decline, in quotes, is what they always say, nothing that I’m not the same as I used to be.
I’m not really twenty years old anymore, but that’s why it’s striking to see if you can try to remedy that, I’m thirty-eight and a half years old, by the way, and childless at the moment. Right now, my search has made me not focus so much on education, which is what I talk about all the time. In other words: I can’t scratch that itch anymore.
